Obituary

Rose Ellen Dieter, 73, of Findlay, Ohio passed in the comfort of her own home on Tuesday, July 26, 2022. She was born in Bluffton, Ohio on June 5, 1949 to Elmer and Dorothy (Bibler) Kimmel.

Rose graduated from Riverdale High School, Class of 1967. She would later marry Craig Dieter on September 12, 1981 and together, they had two children. She helped support her family by working at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company for over thirty years. She was a member of the Board of Elections for fifteen years and attended College First Church of God.

Rose had many hobbies such as crocheting and quilting. She loved to play cards with her friends, who loved to play cards with her because she never bluffed or cheated. If she wasn't with her friends, she was with her family, enjoying every moment with her grandchildren.

Rose is survived by her beloved husband Craig; son Chad Dieter of Findlay; daughter Kimberly (David) Kraftchak of London, Kentucky; and grandchildren Makayla, Makenzie, Makara, and Tre.

She is preceded by her parents and her brothers Robert Kimmel and Roy Kimmel.
Family will receive friends at College First Church of God on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with a memorial service beginning at 11:00 am, officiated by Pastor David Welker.
