Beverly Joan "Bev" Brandt, age 81, of Arlington, died at 1:20pm on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at Good Samaritan Society in Arlington. She was born in Ft. Wayne, Indiana on June 7, 1941, to the late James Richard and Camilla (Phoenix) Warfield. She had previously been married to Herman Brandt and Cresencio Barrientos Sr.
She is survived by her sons: Jason E. (Debra) Brandt of Forest, Ohio and Cresencio (Sandy) Barrientos Jr. of Cincinnati, Ohio; brothers: Carlos (Karen) Warfield of Chicago, Ill. and James Richard (Bernedette) Warfield Jr. of Bloomington, Ind.; sisters: Wallis (Ralph) Hayes of Roanoke, Ind., Lois Martin of Ft Wayne and Norma Rencher of Ft. Wayne; 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters: Joyce Roberts and Camilla Warfield.
Bev retired as an assembler at Whirlpool Corp. She enjoyed crocheting, drawing and writing poetry. Some of her poetry has been published.
Visitation will be held from 10:00am to noon on Saturday at Crates Funeral Home in Arlington. Funeral services will be held at the conclusion of the visitation at noon on Saturday, with Pastor Mark Gregory officiating. Burial will follow at Arlington Cemetery. I Thank God for all his wonderful blessings he has given me throughout my lifetime. To my two loving sons and their families, my wonderful grandchildren and my family and friends. Thank you for your never ending love and kindness. FOR I HAVE BEEN SO RICHLY BLESSED.
