Jim and I always thought Eddie set the bar for how a husband should treat his wife. Few men will rise to that standard. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

I’m so sorry that dad is no longer here to share his wit and wisdom. There are so many great memories from D.O.D. That we could each fill a book. He was not just a great father to me, but also a great friend. Always there to compliment me on successes and always there to humble me when needed. He walked me through my darkest personal times, with words of hope and optimism, and offered a hand to help me up when life would occasionally blindside me. We will all miss him. He had a great wife & an incredibly blessed life. Let’s all smile when we think about Eddie and how he made each of our lives better.

Dear Lynn, Jennifer and Jeff,
I had the great opportunity to work with Ed for several years at Cooper International. He was always kind, generous and funny. I have lots of happy memories of working with him. I wish you strength and peace as you adjust to the gap his absence makes in your lives. With loving regards, Charleen
