Merv, Linda, Bruce & Families,
We are very sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. She was such sweet lady, always with a smile. I will always remember our fun times at Round Lake during the summer. Your parents were so welcoming & always made sure everyone had a good time! I also remember a time your Dad was driving up there by himself & my Dad suggested he take me to keep him company (I guess I talked a lot)..I don’t believe I said a word all the way there! He bought me ice cream anyway!
Blessings to your families. May your memories warm your heart and make you smile! 💕

This news made my heart heavy. It was always dad & mom and Merv & Dorotha growing up; like a set of bonus parents. I have such wonderful memories of your mom throughout my entire life. Probably about 10 years ago I answered a phone call and the voice said “Becky, this is grandma”, which was somewhat eerie since all my grandparents were deceased. I said “I don’t think so.” After a bit of conversation I realized it was your mom and she thought she had called her granddaughter Becky. Needless to say, we had the most wonderful conversation that day. My heartfelt prayers of comfort for all of you.

Dear Merv, Linda and Bruce,
Your mother was always so kind to me. She even had the patience to teach me how to poach an egg one summer day at your lake cottage! Blessings to you as you cherish wonderful memories💕
