Cecilia Anne (Fleck) (Robarge) McKinley, 95, passed away on January 6, 2021 at the St. Francis Home in Tiffin. She was born on Sept. 29, 1925 to the late Arthur and Agnes (Eishen) Fleck. She married Edward A. Robarge on June 2, 1951 and he preceded her in death, she then married Roger T. McKinley on June 30, 1984 and he also preceded her in death. She is survived by two daughters, Judy (Robarge) (Daniel, deceased) Scarton and Laura (Robarge) (Tim) Rettig; two step-children, Roger M. (Katie) McKinley and Tracy (McKinley) (Gary) Hartley; two grandchildren, Jeff (Lindsey) Rettig and Kevin (Chrissy) Rettig; a step-granddaughter, Megan (McKinley) (Scott) Thomas; four great-grandchildren, Marcus, Brandan, Clayton and Karson and three siblings, Phyllis (Jerry) McAdoo, Bernard (Bump) Fleck, William (Mary) Fleck and Michael (Sue) Fleck. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, James (Jim) Fleck and Louis Fleck and two sisters, Agnes Currie and Mary Stoll. Cecilia was a graduate of St. Francis High School in Tiffin and the University of Findlay (1970). She taught 2nd grade at St. Michael School for 31 years. Cecilia was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church where she served as a Lector and a Eucharistic Minister. She was also a Mazza Museum enthusiast and Docent. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30am Saturday, January 9, 2021 at St. Michael the Archangel Main Church (Bright Road). Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm Friday at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME where the Rosary Service will begin at 7:45pm. Memorials can be directed to St. Michael Parish and online condolences can be shared by visiting coldrencrates.com.

I’m so sorry for your loss and I’m praying for you and your families. I wish I could be there in person but please know my heart is with you. I have so many fond memories of Aunt Ce as both my 2nd grade teacher the first year I went to St. Mike’s and as family. I know she will be greatly missed.

So very sorry for your mother’s passing. She was a very special lady. Saw her every Sunday and week days at Mass where she was always prepared to lector. Dear Judy and Laura,
When I began teaching at SMS in 1975, it was your mother who was my mentor. I learned so much from her about the mass, the rosary and just good solid teacher information. Since reading of her passing, I have revisited many memories of her in those days when we were teaching partners. I knew her to be a strong lady and dedicated to her faith. I did attend her funeral today BUT because of Covid, I was in the furthest back corner of the church. I wanted you to know I do have fond memories of her and am grateful for all that she taught me.
