Phillip Edwin Tuttle, 61, of Findlay, passed away peacefully at home on June 13, 2020. Phil was born on August 10, 1958 in Hicksville, Ohio to Suzanne (Bricker) and Phillip E. Tuttle, who preceded him in death. He was then raised by his grandparents, Florence S.and Raymond E. Tuttle, who also preceded him in death. He graduated from Good Samaritan School in Defiance, OH and he then worked at Quadco Industries in Stryker, OH, until his move to Findlay, OH, with Paul and Kathy Brooks. In Findlay, he first worked at Blanchard Valley Industries and then New Vision Employment Services. His immediate family includes his brothers, Jason Tuttle and Stuart Tuttle. Phil's uncle, Brooke Tuttle, preceded him in death; his aunt, Barbara Tuttle of Columbus, IN; his cousins: Kathi Tuttle of Indianapolis, IN and Jeff Tuttle of Madison NJ. Also surviving are three people who consider him family: Adam, Rachael, and Josh Brooks. Their children considered him "Uncle" Phil. He was an active member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Findlay, OH. Phil was an avid Ohio State football fan. He enjoyed going to garage sales, visiting antique stores, and collecting piggy banks. He loved watching Food Network and WWE Wrestling. Parties and dancing were also favorites. He would watch for the moon every night. A Memorial Service at First Lutheran Church is being planned for a later date. An announcement will be forthcoming. Burial will be in Hicksville, Ohio. Arrangements have been entrusted to COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay. Memorials may be made to the First Evangelical Lutheran Church Endowment Fund in Phil Tuttle's name.
