Carol Mae Diel, 78 of Findlay passed away at the Bridge Hospice Care Center on Monday, May 4, 2020. She was born in Williams County, Ohio on December 30, 1941 to the late Basil and Blanche (Blinzer) Blomeke. She married Richard Diel on August 22, 1964 and he survives. Also surviving are three children, Joseph (Nancy) Diel of Bethel Park, PA; Martin (Mary Ann) Diel of Lower Burrell, PA and Catherine (Kevin) Doseck of Anna, Ohio; and nine grandchildren, Jacob and Abigail Diel; Luke Diel; Conner, Mackenzie and Dylan Perry; Nicholas (Kayla), Courtney and Jayden Doseck. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Loren Blomeke. Carol retired as an accountant at Marathon Oil Company and was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Parish. She volunteered for the Blanchard Valley Hospital gift shop and Eastern Woods. Abiding with Carol's wishes, all services will be private. She will be interred at the columbarium at St. Michael Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Bridge Hospice, Cancer Patient Services, St. Michael Parish or to a charity of the donor's choice.
