Hi Ruth, you and I have had many visits, so this is a final visit. I have bronchitis so I am unable to visit you personally.
Previous to my hip replacement, I frequently visited you at Birchaven. You were always setting by the nurses station, seldom in your room. You always inquired about Bernice Rickle. Bernice would bring you to the widow's group that met monthly at 50 North. We were widows but seldom talked about that, we just enjoyed each other's company. And thats how I met you. You and I were also teachers, so again we had something to discuss.
Phil, I see by the obituary that your mother was a Fetters. I was raised in Arlington, and there was a Fetters that lived on the corner of SR 68 and TR 25, was this a relative?
Condolences, Peggy Rinehart
