Elsie M. Marvin, 92, of Cedar Springs, Michigan, passed away at 8:00am on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at her residence. She was born on November 23, 1926 in Patterson, Ohio to the late Loren C. and Ruah B. (Heilman) McMaster. On April 10, 1949, Elsie married Wendell Lee Marvin and he preceded her in death on July 16, 2010. Elsie is survived by her son, Steven Lee Marvin of Cedar Springs, MI; daughter, Sheila Kay (Dale) Plecha of Anderson, SC; sister, Lois J. Wohlgamuth of Findlay; 4 grandchildren: Grace Lorraine Marvin, Laura Joy Potter, Christy Dedeluk, and Carly Marie Plecha; and one great-grandchild, Weston Dedeluk. She was preceded in death by her brothers: Robert J. and Louis G. McMaster; and sisters: Mary K. Temple, Marjorie E. Grove, and Shirley A. Ramge. Elsie retired from the Farmington, Michigan Public Schools. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Houghton Lake, MI. The funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, November 23 at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay. Steve Marvin will preside, and burial will follow at Bright Cemetery. Visitation will be held for one hour (10:00-11:00am) prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorial Donations can be made to David Jeremiah Ministry, P.O.
