Marvin Legrand Hall, age 69, of Findlay was released from his earthly bonds on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center in Wood County. This was following an 18 month battle with pancreatic cancer. Marv was born on January 28, 1950 in LaJunta, Colorado to Frank W. and Sylvia O.(Legrand) Hall. He is survived by his wife Linda S. (Phillips) Hall, whom he married on June 26, 1982, son: Kevin J. (Merri Joy) Hall, grandsons: Trey and Dylan Hall as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a brother: John and sisters: Beverly Bauserman and Lenis Hartman. Marv graduated from Findlay High School in 1968 and attended college in Dayton. He retired from Cooper Tire in 2014 after 42 years. He was a member of the Bd. of Directors for the Cooper Fishing Club. He enjoyed his time and friends at the YMCA, gardening, following the Cleveland Browns and Indians as well as the Ohio State Buckeyes. The family will receive visitors from 1-3pm on Sunday, September 22, 2019 at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME in Findlay. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm on Monday at the funeral home with additional visitation one hour prior to the service. Pastor Michael Spann will officiate. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials in Marvin's name be made to Bridge Hospice or to the charity of the donor's choice. Online condolences are welcomed at www.coldrencrates.com.

His help and many hours of work was always given given freely and positively. We will miss him greatly and will always think of him when we have a club project or meeting. Marv was a friend to all, and gave of his time freely and with true feelings.
