Dear Family (Terry),
Carrie, Terry, and I were very close when were were younger. We grew up, moved on, and went our own way with our lives. I have been reminiscing of our past for several weeks now, and simply cannot believe that she is gone. The memories flood my mind as I think of your mom Brenda and my mom Barb drinking coffee and smoking cigs as we play outside on our bikes or with kids in the neighborhood. I remember wrecking my bike and Carrie saying "don't worry" and getting 16 stitches across my knee lol. I remember roller skating like 3 times a week with Carrie. Oh how we loved to skate. One thing we loved to do is go to grocery store and fill up the carts and leave (pretending to be rich lol). We always had a blast no matter what we were up to.

I want everyone to know that my heart extends out to you during this time of loss, and breaks every time I think of how many people Carrie influences over the years. Autumn, stay strong sweetie and remember this, she will live on in your heart, and can be heard in the wind, and scene in the sunsets. Love you guys, Serena

I’m very sorry for your loss. Carrie was a wonderful childhood playmate. We lived down the alley from Carrie, Terry, and their mom, on Howard Street. I specifically remember playing lots or Wheel of Fortune with she and Terry! 😊
