Robert M. "Bob" Pope, Jr., 86, was called into the presence of the Lord on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 6:21 PM at the Hilty Home in Pandora. He was born on August 18, 1932, in Roanoke Rapids, NC, to the late Robert M., Sr. and Sadie Lee (Pope). He married June M. Groat on September 2, 1955, and she survives. Bob is survived by his son, Larry (Robin) Pope of Winston-Salem, NC; his daughters: Kathryn (Jeff) Farnham of LaGrange, IN and Jodi (Bob) Walsh of Findlay; 11 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister, Sara (Ed) Simpson. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, January 26, 2019, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay, where visitation will be held 2 hours (11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.) prior to the service. Pastors Denny Coates and Jeff Farnham will be officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Findlay. Memorial contributions may be made to the Faith Baptist Church. 8115 E.
