Some of my most enjoyable times were playing golf at Hillcrest followed by euchre and a few cocktails. Stutz was the best euchre partner ever, and we rarely lost a game together.

My sincere condolences on your loss.

Certainly, sad news to hear of Devon's passing. He always was quick to help Dan and I on many projects. He was always ready to give me a hard time about officiating calls, as well as ready to talk Husker football or golf. It is unfortunate that we cannot visit in person

Devon served many years on city council which allowed me as law director to become very good friends and also work together on behalf of the city. Very personable was Devon and easy to work with and work for.He will be missed by all who knew him. RIP Devon!
