John came to an industrial accident site in which his people had told my son on the site that I was dead. John arrived and went to work on me and got me to breath again. That was 21 March 1990 and have have had just over 30 years of extra life because John went the extra mile to save me. Thank you again John. George Jr

We met John & Sandi on the Chat & Chill beach while anchored out in Georgetown Bahamas. We became fast friends & traveled a bit with them We have such fun memories of giggles & laughter. We met up in Fl as well & continued to laugh nonstop. John was a great man & they adored each other. She said meeting him was a Gift from God. We feel the same. Calm seas dear friend, calm seas.

Beth, I’m so sorry to hear about your father’s passing. I didn’t know him. I’m very sorry that I didn’t know your mom passed several years ago. I remember her baking a cake in her lopsided oven. That was my first knowledge of how a cake comes out of an uneven oven. LOL! Fond memories of time spent with you. Please know that I’ll be thinking of you as you navigate this difficult time. God bless you and your family.

It is said to be a part of life that there are times of sadness, times of strife, and though we may
not understand. Still times like these lie in God's hand. He gives us strength that we might forbear
and whatever is too heavy, we may leave to His care.
May God's strength and grace carry you through your present sorrow.
With Sympathy

Merle and I became John’s next door neighbor five months ago. We knew within a few days John and Sandi were the best neighbors a person could ever have. We were able to meet many of you (family) as you visited in Alva. John had a sense of humor, so caring for others, and always willing to help. John Moore will be missed. As I sit on my back porch looking at the flag at half mass In John’s yard I think of him. God blessed us with John’s friendship. Merle and Holly Bernhardt

John was a kind, thoughtful person who took care of everyone whether he knew them or not. I have a lot of Hanco memories as well as memories of adventures at Vista Villa, Put 'n Bay, and a trip up the Detroit River to Canada. My Deepest Sympathy to all of you.
