Barbara M. Fittro, 81, of Findlay, passed away at 7:43 p.m., Friday, January 25, 2019, at the Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay. She was born on October 11, 1937, in Portage Township to the late Kenneth and Rachael (Conine) Beucler. She married Richard Fittro on September 28, 1957, and he preceded her in death on March 23, 1999. Barb is survived by her sons: Jeffrey Fittro of Findlay, Gregory Fittro of Cincinnati and Phillip (Natalie) Fittro of Findlay; her grandchildren: Nicholas and Elizabeth Fittro of San Diego. She was preceded in death by her brothers: Leland Beucler and John Beucler; her sisters: Virginia Livingston and Joellen Zoll. Barb retired from Marathon Oil Company after 30 years. She was a member of the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, Benton Ridge, Flag City Classics, and Stitchin' Time Quilt Club. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 1, 2019, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay, with Pastor Richard Hiltabran officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Findlay. Visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME. Memorial contributions may be made to the Blanchard Valley Hospital Women's Auxiliary and/or Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, Benton Ridge. So very sorry to read of Barb's passing. We lived 2 strets over when they lived on Rector Ave., My mom was friends with her and I babysat the boys while I was in highshcool. She was a very nice lady and will be missed.
