Frank J. Smith, Jr., 52, of North Baltimore died Thursday, July 12, 2012, in North Baltimore. He was born on April 29, 1960, in Toledo, to Frank J., Sr. and Carol (Ansted) Smith. He is survived by his mother, Carol Smith of North Baltimore; his father, Frank J. Smith of Coldwater, MS; a daughter and the apple of his eye, Savannah Nearhood of Clyde; brothers: Jeff (Karen) Smith of Fostoria and Brian Smith of North Baltimore; a sister, Debbie Wienczkowski of Belgium; and half-brother, Mike Smith of Phoenix, AZ. He was preceded in death by a half-sister, Stacey Jones. Frank worked for Meijer in Bowling Green. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 16, 2012, at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore, with Reverend Mike McClug officiating. Burial will be in New Maplewood Cemetery, North Baltimore. Visitation will be held from 2-4:00 and 6-8:00 p.m., Sunday, at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME.
