Kay Sarah Rozelle, 73, of Arcadia, passed away at 8:33 a.m. Thursday, August 9, 2012 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center in Findlay. She was born February 2, 1939 in Walbridge, OH and raised in the home of Joe and Rosa Newlove in Rudolph, OH by her guardian Marie Newlove along with numerous foster siblings. She married Frank Rozelle on August 19, 1960 and he survives in Arcadia.
Also surviving are two sons: Dan (Kim) Rozelle of Great Falls, VA and Tom (Eryka) Rozelle of Phoenix, AZ and four grandsons: Jacob, John, Reed and Alec.
Kay was preceded in death by her brother John Gallagher.
Kay retired from Owens-Illinois in 1997 where she worked as a Quality Control Inspector. She was a member of the Arcadia United Methodist Church.
She enjoyed Polka dancing and was a member of the Polka boosters. Her passion was her grandsons for whom she enjoyed baking sugar cookies. She was also a volunteer at Fox Run Nursing Home.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 10, 2012 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at Arcadia United Methodist Church with Pastor Bruce Crane officiating. A private family burial will be held at a later time. Memorial contributions can be made to Arcadia United Methodist Church or Bridge Home Health and Hospice. Condolences can be sent via www.coldrencrates.com.

We express our sympathy to Kay's family especially Frank We came to know them at the Bavarian Haus Deshler where we like them enjoyed polka dancing I recall having danced with Kay at the BecksterFest in Amana Iowa in June 2010 We were surprised to learn in the Sentinel-Tribune of her passing

I worked with Kay at Owens Illinois and she was nothing but a pleasure to work with very kind and devoted worker she will be missed I am sorry I didn't stop Kay and Frank when they were out for their regular walk in Arcadia I will keep the family in my thoughts and prayers as you try to get through this difficult time You can bet she is having an enjoyable time walking with the Lord now
