Helen Gaynell "Gay" Mull, 93, passed away at 7:35 p.m. on Saturday, July 28, 2012 at the Good Samaritan Center, Arlington. She was born on February 13, 1919 near Mt. Blanchard to the late Jesse and Mae (Leonard) Beard. Gay married Paul E. Mull on March 11, 1938 and he preceded her in death on June 23, 1981. Gay is survived by two grandsons: Terry and Shane Mull and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Terry Mull; two brothers: Dr. Richard Beard and Cletus Beard and one sister, Mrs. Bonnie Buckingham. Gay retired as a salesperson from Britts Department Store and was a member of St. Andrew's United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay with visitation from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. prior to the service. Pastor Debbie Kaylor will officiate and burial will be in Knollcrest Gardens, east of Findlay. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
