Holly Kay Hammond Rath, 49, of Toledo passed away at 2:10 AM on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. Holly was born in Findlay on October 26, 1962, to Larry L. and Darlene K. (Meyer) Hammond. Holly married Jasin Rath on August 18, 1995, and he survives. Holly is also survived by brother, Mark L. Hammond of Warrenville, IL; niece, Mary; and nephews: Ryan and Mark J. Hammond of Warrenville, IL. Holly was a homemaker, 1980 Graduate of Van Buren High School. Holly enjoyed her life long love of raising and showing hunter and jumper horses. Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay, where visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 PM on Friday August 3, 2012. Rev. Scott Smith will officiate and burial will follow in Arlington Cemetery, near Arlington. Memorials may be made to in lieu of flowers to the Hancock County Historical Museum for the Davis Homestead Project, 422 West Sandusky St. Findlay (Holly's childhood home). I was very saddened to hear on the loss of Holly I was a classmate of hers and we used to stay at each other's houses alot-which was alot of fun Darlene your were like a second Mom to me3 I have a lot of memories with Holly She will be missed by many You are all in my thoughts and prayers Sending Peace and Comfort to you and all the Family
