Dorothy L. Moor, 100, of North Baltimore, died at 12:10 a.m., Wednesday, July 21, 2010, at The Heritage Manor, Findlay. She was born on April 6, 1910, in Henry Township, to the late Franklin E. and Adeline E. (Bevelhymer) Wetherholt. She married Paul R. Moor on May 3, 1930, and he preceded her in death on April 19, 1984.
She is survived by her son, Ronald (Laura Reinhart) Moor of Findlay; 4 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Also preceding her in death were her brothers: Harry, Ted and Frank Wetherholt; sisters: Maude McLaughlin, Estella Wetherholt, Elsie Wetherholt, Bernice Gonyer and Gladys Wilson.
Dorothy was a homemaker and a retired cook from the former Henry Township Centralized School in Hammonsburg. She was a member of St. James United Methodist Church, North Baltimore, where she was formerly active in the United Methodist Women.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 24, 2010, at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore, with Reverend Rick Adams officiating. Burial will be in New Maplewood Cemetery, North Baltimore.
Visitation will be held 1 hour (10-11:00 a.m.) prior to the service.
